I wish I had the words to express
How sorry I really am
I thought love could conqueor all
But it wasn’t worth a damn.

When you think you are losing me
You turn on all the charm
So I end up staying,
Afterall, what is the harm?

But now I’m tired of fighting
And telling the little white lie
That everything will get better
If I only try.

Love isn’t the problem
It always seems to flow
Its the times when things are harder
The moments you are about to go.

There’s a loneliness
That finds a place to stay
In those times you are about to lose me
In time it will certainly fade

I’m trapped between your heart
And what is left of my soul
It is time to move on
To find peace, the goal.

I wish I had the words to say
How much I will miss your face
But the time has come, this moment today
In my life, you have no place.
